RATES ARE BASED ON:     1 Travel Unit, 1 Transportation Vehicle, and 2 Persons per site.  Children 12 years of age or younger are free.  Extra person charge $10.00 per person. Other charges apply to boats, jet boats, wave runners,.  Pets are welcome, but must be leashed at all times and cleaned up after.  Free modem service. All trailers and RV's must be self contained. NO TENTS. Keyway will not be honoring any club discounts during the months of January, February, March and April.  

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:    Reservations require a 50 percent deposit of weekly or monthly rate.  Lot rentals are payable in advance by Day, Week, or Month.

REFUND POLICY:    Deposits refunded, less a 20% administrative fee, only if cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to your expected arrival date.
