| Keyway RV Park is on the Gulf Coast just 129 miles
south west of Disney Land in Orlando, 56 miles south of Busch
Gardens in Tampa, and 17 miles north of The Ringling Museum in
Sarasota. It is on the western edge of Bradenton, Florida just over
the inter-coastal from Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island.
A short canal connects to the Gulf of Mexico via the
Inter-Coastal. It borders historic Cortez Village, the
location for a number of motion pictures and the focal point for a
thriving fishing industry and water sports.
Manicured beaches are just a mile away where fresh-water showers
make for a great experience. Fifteen minutes to the south
through Longboat Key is St. Armand's Circle, noted for its shops and
cuisine. Mote Marine, the Pelican Man, and the Ringling
Brothers Museum are just a few places of interest.
For those interested in night life, entertainment varies from
blues, jazz and rock, to the theater. Fishing abounds,
with Annie's Bait Shop the jumping off point for skilled fishing
charters whose seasonal catches are among the best in the area.
Several fishing piers bring fine catches to land-lovers.
The rich offerings of the area are listed in the various chamber
sites which you may link to by left clicking the "Chamber
